When I first came to Allison, I had severe pain in my shoulder and arm and expected to have surgery to unfreeze my shoulder. It was very hard to move my right shoulder, which made it hard to do everyday things like drive and get dressed. My arm and shoulder hurt even when I was sitting still and this made it hard to sleep.  

Since working with Allison, my arm has improved greatly, I have much better strength and mobility, it rarely hurts and my surgeon agrees that I no longer need surgery!

I can also do most of my normal activities. Allison has done a great job of increasing my exercises as I’m able to do more. Thanks, Allison!
