Earlier in the year, I hurt my back and as a result, I had severe sciatica in my leg. I wasn’t able to do any of the physical activities I enjoy. Eventually the pain went away after 2 ½ months.

Earlier this year, I hurt my back again! This time I came to work with Andrew and Jenna, who got me back to skiing after only two weeks! I am so grateful to them and to Peak Performance for helping me heal and strengthen.
