“I suffered from a Left Shoulder Impingement, possibly from repetitive painting with a roller. I had difficulty raising my left arm overhead or behind my back. I started to avoid using my left arm because of the pain. At Peak PT I was given a set of exercises that built up gradually. Exercises focused on increasing rang of motion and strength training. After each exercise I wrote on an exercise log how to perform the exercise and then at each PT visit Mike would tweak the routine to make sure it was being performed correctly. Mike is also a very positive, methodical trainer which helped. I have full use of my left arm now.”
