This is an email we received from a patient of Mike Napierala. How encouraging and exciting to know that he was so successful getting back to something that he loves to do – and excelling in it as well!

Hi Mike N and team at Peak Performance -

I wanted to let you know that I just ran my fastest 5k in 3 1/2 years.  2nd in 50-54 age group, 14th of 380 overall.

Thanks for helping me strengthen that high hamstring!  After today’s run, I’ll definitely keep working at it.
