I came to Peak Performance because of hip pain. It stopped me from doing all the movements required to play softball: running, pitching or fielding.

I started with anti-inflammatory meds and then came to Peak for help. Andrew and Brittany were very helpful with showing me stretching and strengthening exercises.

The medication helped some with the pain, but the exercises given to me have helped a great deal.
