I came to Peak Performance because of hip pain. It stopped me from doing all the movements required to play softball: running, pitching or fielding. I started with anti-inflammatory meds and then came to Peak for help. Andrew and Brittany were very helpful with showing me stretching and strengthening exercises. The medication helped some with the pain, but the exercises given to me have helped a great deal. Joseph M. February 20, 2018

I came to Peak Performance because I began having ankle pain. I had sprained and rolled both ankles in the past and the current pain was preventing me from performing at full capacity during basketball season. I experienced pain while running, jumping, and walking for extended periods of time. The pain was caused by the tightness of my Achilles tendons and that also put me at risk of developing tendonitis in my ankles. After coming to Peak Performance and working with Andrew, my performance on the court and on the softball field improved dramatically! I began having less pain and more mobility due to the exercises and stretches that I was taught. Thanks to Andrew and Peak Performance, I’m now playing even better than I was previously! Both Andrew and all the staff at Peak Performance are great and helped me to become even better than I was before. Thanks for everything! Samantha F. September 25, 2017

My experience at Peak Performance has helped my wrist to an incredible extent. I came to Peak Performance after my surgery; my wrist became very week after being in a cast for about a month. Now, four months later, I am back to all of my previous activities, including some softball, drumming, and normal day-to-day activities. I would not have been able to get my wrist back to full strength in these past few months without Peak Performance. Reagan P.

My shoulders were sore at all times. I had trouble sleeping and was very stiff. After working with Peak Performance, I am much more flexible and my strength is returning. I will be able to swing a golf club and softball bat easier. I also feel more confident continuing my volunteer firefighter/EMT career. Chris H. December 28, 2016
