I came here before and after my shoulder surgery. Raising either arm was painful and only partially possible. I had to stand on a stool to use a microwave or take something out of the cabinet. Putting on a coat was painful.

After my surgery, I faithfully followed the program that Karen designed for me. I now have almost full range of motion in all directions and much greater strength than I had before all this.

It feels like a miracle!
