I have had calf “tweaks” a couple times a year. Got one in December and decided to try and get some professional guidance on both getting it well, and more importantly getting a process for maintenance. Got referred to Mike by a friend. I’ve played sports most of my life, and other than a few rolled ankles, have been fortunate to be mostly injury free…so wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Decided to trust the process. Worked mainly with Mike, and a bit with Rachele. They are very knowledgeable, and this gave me the confidence to be “all in.”

I now feel much more educated and confident in how to stretch and maintain my legs. I played in the Oak Hill Paddle tourney. Four matches, probably five plus hours of court time….legs held up well and we won the tournament!

I feel better, more confident, more prepared, and now have a process to maintain and work through any temporary setbacks.
