What does that tell you about the importance of each of those to your body?

Why is water sooo important?  Why especially in these hot, humid, and potentially active days of summer does your body crave it…no, depend on it?

Water does some really crucial tasks in our body.  Most importantly, it REGULATES YOUR BODY TEMPERATURE.  Raising your body temperature only 3.4 degrees to 102 can be serious, while core temperatures above 105 (only 7 degree increase) can be life threatening.

Customer Service:

My wife and I have recently been going through the process of obtaining a mortgage to purchase our first home. The experience has been less than pleasant and we are really starting to feel like just another transaction to everyone that is supposed to be helping us achieve our dream.

I get the feeling that our lenders have forgotten what it might be like to be on the other side of the transaction, all of the emotions and things at stake if the deal does not go through as planned.

I want to make sure that we never lose sight of how our patients feel here at Peak Performance when they come in for Physical Therapy treatment.

Like my wife and I being unfamiliar with the process of buying our first home, many patients have never been through the process of needing Physical Therapy treatment. At Peak Performance PT we...

A Recent Testimonial:

"My injury occurred as an overuse injury from running.

I was unable to continue with my speed training or long distance running without extreme hip pain.

There is no longer any hip pain and I am able to do speedwork and run at full throttle.

Mike taught me many stretches which eliminated the problem. Mike was always pleasant and very knowledgable about treating my injury. Mike took his time with me and I never felt rushed.

At Peak Physical Therapy "IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU"."
