Posted August 16, 2016 · Report post I injured my calf in mid February. I tried another PT for about 8 weeks but stopped going after realizing I was no longer improving. I was talking with a friend at work about my frustration at not being able to work out without pain. She was raving about her experience at Peak and convinced me to try again. I'm so glad I listened. My treatment at Peak was much more thorough. I was given new exercises each visit, so I never got bored. Two months later, my calf pain is gone and I'm starting my workout routine again.
