  1. I visited Peak Performance to help with a nagging calf injury. I worked with Karen for one month. It was a comfortable environment and Karen was truly knowledgeable and helpful. We worked on gaining flexibility and strength in the calf, and I’m now able to run pain free and more confidently.   2. I injured my calf in mid February. I tried another PT for about 8 weeks but stopped going after realizing I was no longer improving. I was talking with a friend at work about my frustration at not being able to work out without pain. She was raving about her experience at Peak and convinced me to try again. I'm so glad I listened. My treatment at Peak was much more thorough. I was given new exercises each visit, so I never got bored. Two months later, my calf pain is gone and I'm starting my workout routine again.
