Posted August 29, 2016 · Report post Andrew significantly helped me with exercises designed to help me with pain in my knee that involved squatting. This impacted my ability to enjoy Zumba and dance classes, etc. I now wear a knee brace in conjunction with performing exercises for stretching and strengthening my knee, hips, quads, etc. daily. My knee pain has decreased and I am enjoying my classes once again thanks to Andrew! Andrew has a friendly, kind demeanor and is extremely encouraging, especially when I become discouraged at times.
