Posted January 26, 2017 · Report post Before PT, I had trouble lifting items over my head and reaching. I had surgery to fix a bone spur and repair my labrium. Now, since I started PT 5 months ago, I’m lifting and reaching without thinking about it! Now I’m focusing on increasing my range of motion and evening out my strength in each shoulder. I feel more confident and have a better quality of life with both everyday life activities and recreational activities like golf! Louis D.
