As we Rochesterians recovered from the 2017 wind storm, I took a controlled fall in the snow storm that followed. That fall did not feel bad until the next day, when my right hip and neck hurt.

I met up with Karen and Mike the following Sunday and they had me in the next day!

In less than six sessions, Karen has cut my pain level from a 10 to a 2. Now in mid-April, I am pain free and knowledgeable of stretches and exercises to keep me pain free.
