  1. My experience at Peak Performance has been a learning experience for myself, to pull me back a little and focus on my issues. To listen to my body. The activities I had trouble with were walking, doing stairs, even sleeping and sitting still. Just painful! I teach fitness classes and am a personal trainer. I am a runner. I couldn’t do any of these things without pain. I am feeling so good right now, no pain and teaching and running pain free. And I love that feeling! I’m so proud of myself and my Peak people. Another Andy in my life. J Christina "Tina" B. November 16, 2016
  2. I came in with pain in my upper hamstring-hip connector. Was unable to run without significant discomfort for days afterward while training for my second marathon. Now my activities have resumed and I hope to run the Buffalo Marathon in May! Carl L. November 7, 2016
  3. When I arrived, I was limping in and struggled merely to walk down stairs. A few short weeks later, after following the individualized exercises specific to my injury and healing, I’m back on the rugby pitch sprinting juking better than before and back running on the roads around town. What’s particularly great is that I was taught new stretches and exercises that I can use to improve beyond where I was before this injury. Nick G. October 6, 2016
  4. My experience with Peak Performance Physical Therapy was exceptional. Not only did Mike Napierala work with me to heal a number of my injuries, but he changed my outlook on training and staying healthy. Season-ending running injuries originally brought me to Peak Performance in 2014. Since then, the Peak Performance staff has worked with me through numerous injuries resulting from running, lifting, and paddleboarding. No matter what type of sports-related issue hampered my activities, Mike and the PTs were always able to put me back on my feet. Despite foot problems that once prevented me from running completely, in addition to damaged discs in my back, I am now able to run and paddleboard again. Mike really comprehends the mind of a goal-oriented athlete, which helped me tremendously. He understood how difficult it was for me to be unable to train, and provided not only physical therapy, but encouragement to keep me positive. This made a huge difference in my recovery. As a coach, I know that every athlete is different, and requires an individual training plan tailored to his/her needs in order to be successful. This is exactly what I received at Peak Performance! Thank you for the outstanding treatment and encouragement throughout the years! Ross H. August 29 2016
  5. Before PT I had pain in my knee while squatting and running. Now I am pain free and back to squatting and running at 100%! Thank you Andrew and Drew! Mackenzie C. August 16, 2016
  6. When I came to Peak Performance, I had been dealing with compartment syndrome symptoms in my legs whenever I ran for 10+ minutes for almost two years. I spent months doing physical therapy at another facility and I felt I was making very little progress. It was beginning to look like surgery would be the only way I could return to running. But things are looking much better now! I appreciated how we modified the exercises every time I came in, and it was easy to see the progress I was making. Now I can play soccer without pain and running is enjoyable again!
