  1. Right around the end of baseball season in June, I started experiencing severe back pain. After I was diagnosed with a stress fracture in August, I decided to come to Peak Performance because of the good things I heard about Andrew and the rest of the therapists there. At the time of my injury, my pain was so bad I didn’t know if my back would ever be 100% again. But, with Andrew’s help, I am back at 100 percent now and am playing basetball and will be ready for next football season! Leo S.
  2. Peak Performance is amazing once again! After injuring my knee in basketball, I thought that there was little to no chance that I was going to be back for the rest of the basketball season, let alone the start of baseball. I had trouble balancing on my knee, and making quick and sudden movements. Karen and the rest of the Peak Performance team gave me the motivation to try and get back for the season. And sure enough, I was able to return to basketball and help lead my team to the championship. I was also able to return to the beginning of baseball to prepare for the season. And today, I’m able to move suddenly and not be limited in my daily activities. Thank you again Peak Performance for helping me succeed. Hopefully, I won’t see you guys again…no offense! J Korbin J.   3. After my elbow surgery, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to play sports the same way ever again. I didn’t think I would ever play football or pitch a baseball again. Then, once I came to Peak, I was convinced day by day that I could bounce back. Thanks to Mike and Andrew, I was motivated every day to push myself and keep working toward my goal of playing sports again. My surgery was in January I started throwing baseballs in July, and was cleared for football in August. I will also be playing baseball this spring! I am so thankful for Mike and everyone at Peak for helping me reach my goals and get back to 100%! Mario V. October 2, 2017
  4. I came into Peak Performance because I pulled my groin back in August of 2016 playing hockey. It bothered me on and off throughout hockey and baseball seasons.   5. Before and during the early weeks of working with Peak Performance, I had trouble doing simple activities such as going up and down stairs and participating in the sports I play. I gradually began rebuilding the muscle in my leg and was able to participate, but not to my full ability. As I continued to work with Peak Performance and do my work at home, my leg became stronger! I now have no pain when doing activities and personally, I think I am leaving Peak Performance with a stronger leg than even before my injury. Without Peak Performance I would not have been able to get back to my sport before the season and be going into the season at 100%! Joel B. July 26, 2017
  6. I had a knee injury back in 2014, decreasing the daily activities I did. It wasn’t diagnosed that I needed more work, though, until the winter of 2016-2017. Andrew and the Peak Performance staff helped me get back to my old self! I am so grateful that I can now play baseball and basketball, and play outside pain free.   7. Before I came to PT, I sprained my ankle during basketball. Then I couldn’t play sports. I did my exercises at home every day and now my ankle is better. Just in time for baseball tryouts! Owen M. March 9, 2017
  8. Peak Performance was a great experience! I’ve never had to take physical therapy before, and hope I never have to again, but Andrew helped me immensely. I was beginning to get frustrated because I couldn’t keep up in hockey, baseball, or soccer.
