  1. I came to Peak with a knee issue that had caused me to lose of lot of functionality and sidelined me from basketball. Mike and Rachele got me on the right track to return to play, and to regain confidence in my knee and ability to stay healthy! Many thanks to both of them for getting me back on the court….and pushing me to perform! Thomas “Tommy” Eastman
  2. After months of a long nagging ankle injury, Mike gave me the tools to get comprehensively healthy and help me return to basketball stronger than before. In addition to improving the condition of my injury, I feel my body is better equipped for functionality and the injury prevention required to compete at a high level. Thanks for your dedication to detail, Mike and Rachele! Thomas “Tommy” Eastman June 4, 2019
  3. Right around the end of baseball season in June, I started experiencing severe back pain. After I was diagnosed with a stress fracture in August, I decided to come to Peak Performance because of the good things I heard about Andrew and the rest of the therapists there. At the time of my injury, my pain was so bad I didn’t know if my back would ever be 100% again. But, with Andrew’s help, I am back at 100 percent now and am playing basetball and will be ready for next football season! Leo S.
  4. While playing basketball in late June someone landed on my ankle, leaving me with a pretty bad sprain. I did the typical rest, ice, compression and elevation, and took it easy. As a recreational basketball and lacrosse player, and generally very active person, the lack of exercise and progress with my recovery was pretty frustrating. I finally came to Peak Performance in mid August and started working with Allison. She was incredibly thorough and receptive, both pushing me and being careful to make sure everything felt right. I started to see my balance and strength increase each week. By the end of September, I felt like I was ready to get back in the court. I am incredibly happy with Allison and everyone at Peak Performance. If you need PT, THIS is the place to come! Ted W. September 25, 2018
  5. Peak Performance is the best! I dislocated my right shoulder at basketball practice shooting a half-court shot and I experienced a lot of pain and instability. I loved working with Mike because he always made me laugh and encouraged me to keep moving forward. Because of Peak Performance I can play basketball again and lacrosse with no problems. I highly recommend Mike and Peak Performance! Laura B. March 26, 2018
  6. Peak Performance is amazing once again! After injuring my knee in basketball, I thought that there was little to no chance that I was going to be back for the rest of the basketball season, let alone the start of baseball. I had trouble balancing on my knee, and making quick and sudden movements. Karen and the rest of the Peak Performance team gave me the motivation to try and get back for the season. And sure enough, I was able to return to basketball and help lead my team to the championship. I was also able to return to the beginning of baseball to prepare for the season. And today, I’m able to move suddenly and not be limited in my daily activities. Thank you again Peak Performance for helping me succeed. Hopefully, I won’t see you guys again…no offense! J Korbin J. 7. Peak Performance has helped me get back into the game! I live a very active lifestyle and being able to do all the things I love without pain or limitations is important. I came into Peak Performance because the pain I was experiencing was so intense it made even walking difficult at times. Mike was able to identify the source of my pain and gave me the tools to get back to doing the things I love like running, hiking, biking, basketball, volleyball, soccer and weightlifting. Now I feel that I can get back to my usual lifestyle just in time for summer. Peak Performance will get you back to doing the things you love! Christopher P. March 5, 2018
  8. Before coming to Peak Performance, I was in pain doing my day-to-day activities and I couldn’t play basketball at all! Now that I have completed my therapy at Peak Performance, I am not only no longer in pain, but I feel much stronger. Thanks to Karen, I have been able to return to playing! Sydney G. February 8, 2018
  9. I went to Peak Performance due to several injuries including my shoulder, both knees and an elbow. I have gotten much better over the last few years. At some points I greatly struggled to do everyday life activities such as walking and even just sitting in the car with my knees bent. My original goals were to stop my pain and eventually get back onto the golf course and basketball court. Sometimes I wanted to reduce that to just ending the pain. But Mike pushed me and gave me confidence to be able to reach my original goals and get to the point of playing full court basketball. With Mike constantly tweaking my custom exercise program, I have progressed to not only being pain free but playing full-court basketball a few times a week, which I never would have thought possible. It has been a pleasure working with Mike and Peak Performance. Jared R.
  10. I was born without kneecaps and have developed undersized, misshapen kneecaps over the years. This has prevented me from playing basketball and running, the two things I love. When I came to Peak Performance, I couldn’t even do a squat without weight. I had severe knee pain while jumping and working out. Over time I have majorly increased the flexibility of my knees and improved my overall ability. I am able to perform at a normal level without pain, and I can do what I love without any problems. Peak Performance has made me a better basketball player, and has helped me through my knee issues. Justin H. November 2, 2017
  11. I came to Peak Performance because I began having ankle pain. I had sprained and rolled both ankles in the past and the current pain was preventing me from performing at full capacity during basketball season. I experienced pain while running, jumping, and walking for extended periods of time. The pain was caused by the tightness of my Achilles tendons and that also put me at risk of developing tendonitis in my ankles. After coming to Peak Performance and working with Andrew, my performance on the court and on the softball field improved dramatically! I began having less pain and more mobility due to the exercises and stretches that I was taught. Thanks to Andrew and Peak Performance, I’m now playing even better than I was previously! Both Andrew and all the staff at Peak Performance are great and helped me to become even better than I was before. Thanks for everything! Samantha F. September 25, 2017
  12. I came into Peak prior to surgery after multiple shoulder dislocations. Mike was able to rehab me in time for the end of basketball season. About a year later, I had surgery and requested Peak Performance again. Mike and I made immense strides in a short period of time before I left for school. I am eternally grateful for the quality of therapy received at Peak as I have been to 5+ therapy locations in my life, and none can compare to Peak Performance! Alexander G. August 22, 2017
  13. Before PT, I was nervous to play pickup basketball or soccer games because I couldn’t get my mind off of, “What if I sprain my ankle again?” PT made me more confident in my ankle by strengthening it and teaching me how to take better care of it. Now, I’m excited to begin soccer at my school and I am comfortable playing sports again! Karen at Peak Performance was very kind and patient teaching me how to do my PT and has helped me get back to the sports I love! J Elizabeth S. August 15, 2017
  14. I came to Peak Performance because I rolled my ankle for the 5th time in the past two years. My ankles have always been week, and with my love of sports, I didn’t want that to continue. I really loved Peak Performance because my recovery was so quick and efficient. Andrew was really helpful, and helped my recovery immensely. I now feel 100% and much more confident in my ankle. Thanks, Andrew and Peak Performance! Eddie P. July 20, 2017
  15. I had never had a lower body injury in my life, let alone an ACL tear. The injury was devastating at the time, but Mike assured me that, with hard work and diligence, my strength would be regained. Along my PT journey, Mike pushed me beyond my limits and out of my comfort zone. I trusted Mike’s elite knowledge of ACL recovery the entire time, and that pushed me even more when I was working on my own. During my time here, Mike taught me skills regarding attention to detail, diligence and patience that I will carry with me forever. I will never forget my first visit after surgery; I was terrified and nearly passed out! 7 months later, I’m nearing a full recovery and working towards being back on the basketball court. I would not be where I am today without Mike help and encouragement, and for that I’m forever grateful! Ben S.
  16. I had a knee injury back in 2014, decreasing the daily activities I did. It wasn’t diagnosed that I needed more work, though, until the winter of 2016-2017. Andrew and the Peak Performance staff helped me get back to my old self! I am so grateful that I can now play baseball and basketball, and play outside pain free. Thank you, Andrew and the Peak Performance staff, for making this possible. I would not want to go to any other place. Thanks for all the support. Korbin J.
  17. Before PT, I dealt with a combination of limitations and pain in both routine, daily activities and in high levels of physical activity. Sitting, standing, kneeling, etc. could cause significant pain and playing basketball resulted in swelling and constant pain that would last for days. Thanks to Andrew’s help, my day-to-day pain is minimal to non-existent and I can engage in high-intensity activities with far less pain and recovery time after. We knew from my previous injury I would never be 100% again, but this is as close as I could hope to be and is the best I’ve felt in the years since my surgery in 2005. Eric O. March 20, 2017
  18. My first time at PT, I needed help from my wife and a walker to enter the building, with a brace on each leg from the top of my leg to my ankle. I had torn both of my patellar tendons playing basketball on vacation, and could not stand, walk or get out of bed without assistance. With a lot of help from Andrew, 3 months later I was out of leg braces and walking on my own. 10 months later, I can do everything I was doing before my accident, and some things even better! Peak Performance was great to work with, and I could not have recovered without all of their effort and support. J.A. Daniel Duffy December 21, 2016
  19. Before PT I couldn’t point my toes, run or jump. I wasn’t able to do most of the things I love to do like play soccer, lacrosse, or basketball. And I couldn’t take my dog for walks without pain. I also had to walk down the stairs which took forever. Now I am able to go faster down the stairs, run, jump, and play sports. I feel like now I am stronger than before I hurt my ankle. Yay! Ellie M. November 14, 2016
  20. Before my time at Peak Performance, I was in a boot and crutches with a high ankle sprain. I was unable to walk for more than a few steps and I had severe pain. Once I started PT, I got out of the boot and crutches and started building muscle and stability in my foot. I felt most productive during my time at PT. Now I walk pain-free and can dunk again! Thank you to everyone at Peak Performance who helped me with my recovery. I would not be where I am today without them. Kyle S. August 18, 2016
  21. I came to PT for elbow tendonitis that was preventing me from lifting and playing basketball. Peak got me on the road to recovery very quickly, as always, and I am now back to full activity and my elbows are better than ever. Special thanks to Peak Performance! Tommy E. August 3, 2016
