  1. After decades of running without injury despite my weaknesses and poor mechanics, things finally caught up with me in the form of a hip problem and plantar fasciitis. That is when, providentially, my path crossed with Allison. Even though I live on the West side with many PT locations between there and East Rochester, I felt led to make the trek to Peak Performance and I am so thankful to have landed here! As Allison has shared her knowledge, skill, creativity and encouragement, I have learned so much, am way stronger and have the tools to stay that way. I am back to running and look forward to increasing the time and distance while continuing to implement all that I’ve been taught. A shoutout, also, to Mike, Karen, and Andrew, who were also sources of advice at certain times over the past year. It is a great team that Rochester is blessed to have working to help so many get relief from pain and regain function. Thank you! Lynn Eich Sept. 4, 2019
  2. When I first came to Peak Performance, I came in with a heel spur and plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I wasn’t able to walk for long distances or do my favorite activity, running. Allison brought me through various strength and stretching exercises along with agility testing. Slowly but surely, I got stronger. I remember when Allison gave me the go ahead to start intervals (5 minutes to start) and her saying “I’ve never seen anyone with such a huge smile on their face.” Everyone doing PT stopped and looked and everyone said they wanted to be like me! So I told them that if you follow your PT’s instructions and put in the work, you will get there. I couldn’t have done it without Allison’s help; thanks again, Allison!
  3. My story at Peak Performance is remarkable. I had plantar fasciitis and tremendous, overwhelming pain. Mike calmly worked with me and he never gave up on me. He would push me and boost my confidence. Balance is a colossal challenge for me. Now I have more stamina and dedication to take care of my body and wear the appropriate shoes to help me feel 100% again. I’m very grateful to Mike for his motivation in helping me to be tough and vigorous to move through this time in my life. Much gratitude, Mr. Napierala! Serena B. May 21, 2018
  4. Before coming to Peak Performance, any walking and prolonged standing was very painful due to plantar fasciitis. After working with Karen, my pain was cut in half in just the first two weeks! Now I am able to do all my normal activities with little or no pain and overall feel my balance and fitness have improved. Mary Jo S. July 12, 2017
  5. Was in pain with plantar fasciitis of left heel and arch. Doing much better. No burning and no pain, some soreness of left heel occasionally. Adrea B. October 25, 2016
