  1. I started with Peak Performance due to shin splints when I joined Fleet Feet’s running program. I’ve always battled shin splints and they usually made me stop my running program, but I was determined to beat them this time. With targeted strength and balance exercises provided with Karen’s guidance, I’ve been able to strengthen and adjust my running form to be able to run pain free now for the first time in years!
