  1. I came to Peak Performance with pain in my shoulder and upper arm due to joint impingement and numerous areas of tendonopathy. I was unable to play tennis or golf –each making the pain worse. Now I am back playing tennis and can even serve with the full upward arm motion. Such a joy! I’m also looking forward to getting back on the golf course. Karen’s program for me led to shoulder muscular development and strengthening, which brought overall relief to the shoulder. She also emphasized strengthening of the hips and legs, which reduced the dependency on the shoulder. Robert P.
