  1. I have had the pleasure to experience my second tour with Peak Performance, and working with Andrew. He was simply outstanding in working with me, and developing a personal plan for my recovery from knee replacement surgery with the goal of getting back to tennis. As an added plus, Margaret, an intern from Daemen College, teamed with Andrew to help me in my quick recovery. Back on the courts and very happy, thanks to Andrew and Margaret! ~ Duncan Ververs May 8, 2019
  2. Before coming to Peak Performance, I had sublexed my shoulder while playing tennis and I had extreme difficulty performing to my full capacity. I couldn’t serve or even swing without pain in my shoulder. I was in the middle of my tennis season, and Peak Performance was highly recommended to me by family and friends. Karen helped me to gain my strength back in my shoulder, and even gain more strength and range of motion in my shoulder, than before. My recovery was even so quick thanks Karen that I was back playing in my tennis season quickly. I am now able to serve and swing again to my full capacity and with a greater strength and range of motion. Thank you so much, Karen and Peak Performance! Kylie S. October 28, 2017
  3. I used to walk over an hour most days, played a little tennis and worked an active job. I started developing pain in my heel; eventually prevented me from doing anything active without severe pain. I started working with Karen to resolve these issues (tendonitis, bursitis, bone spurs). Initially, I couldn’t do many exercises without significant pain. As of today, I’m stronger, have returned to an active lifestyle and am grateful to have gone through this process with Karen. Her patience, ability to adapt any exercise, sense of humor and encouragement has been amazing. I’m confident that I will be able to maintain my progress through the PT exercises I’ll do at home. Glad to have my life back! Eileen P. October 19, 2017
  4. I came to Peak Performance with pain in my shoulder and upper arm due to joint impingement and numerous areas of tendonopathy. I was unable to play tennis or golf –each making the pain worse. Now I am back playing tennis and can even serve with the full upward arm motion. Such a joy! I’m also looking forward to getting back on the golf course. Karen’s program for me led to shoulder muscular development and strengthening, which brought overall relief to the shoulder. She also emphasized strengthening of the hips and legs, which reduced the dependency on the shoulder. Robert P.
  5. When I hobbled into Peak Performance for the third time with a pulled hamstring and glute, and a reinjured pelvis, I was unable to walk, run or play tennis. With Mike’s help, I am now more confident in my strength and flexibility on and off the tennis court. Without him, I wouldn’t be playing at the level I am today. Thanks for all you’ve done, Mike!
