Posted November 18, 2016 · Report post I had an Achilles injury, causing pain with everyday activities. Through a series of new stretching and stability exercises over a period of six weeks, this pain and all challenges with normal daily activities were addressed. At the end, I was able to set personal records for ankle motion and strength, along with improved overall leg flexibility. Next in line is to strengthen the legs for ski season!
