  1. I came to Peak Performance because I began having ankle pain. I had sprained and rolled both ankles in the past and the current pain was preventing me from performing at full capacity during basketball season. I experienced pain while running, jumping, and walking for extended periods of time. The pain was caused by the tightness of my Achilles tendons and that also put me at risk of developing tendonitis in my ankles. After coming to Peak Performance and working with Andrew, my performance on the court and on the softball field improved dramatically! I began having less pain and more mobility due to the exercises and stretches that I was taught. Thanks to Andrew and Peak Performance, I’m now playing even better than I was previously! Both Andrew and all the staff at Peak Performance are great and helped me to become even better than I was before. Thanks for everything! Samantha F. September 25, 2017
  2. I play racquetball and had developed pain in my left Achilles area. Rather than taking a chance of tearing it, I went to the doctor and he suggested physical therapy. The choice was easy, as I had been treated at Peak Performance a few years ago after hip surgery. Andrew and Joe treated me well and devised a number of exercises and stretches to get me back on the court! David S.
  3. Before I came to PT, I was having trouble with my Achilles. I was having trouble running and sometimes even standing for long periods of time. After PT, I am back to my normal routine and am running again with no problem! Travis C. January 19, 2017
  4. Before coming to physical therapy, I had trouble with the activities I enjoy doing most. I couldn’t run as far or as fast as I wanted without pain, and my ability to run slowly started to drop to the point where I couldn’t go on a run. I started at Peak Performance with inflexibility in my Achilles and stress reactions in both my shins. After a couple months at PT, I am back to running better than ever and have more motion/flexibility in places I didn’t before! Claire Powell December 27, 2016
  5. I had an Achilles injury, causing pain with everyday activities. Through a series of new stretching and stability exercises over a period of six weeks, this pain and all challenges with normal daily activities were addressed. At the end, I was able to set personal records for ankle motion and strength, along with improved overall leg flexibility. Next in line is to strengthen the legs for ski season! Thanks Mike and staff for your support. Michael M. November 1, 2016
