  1. In August 2018 I slipped and fell on a muddy hill and broke my shoulder in three places. I elected to not have surgery and started PT in early September. I could barely straighten my arm and was in considerable pain. With Andrew’s guidance and encouragement, I’ve regained use of my arm and shoulder and am able to do almost everything I was able to do before my accident. I’ve started golfing again with no problems! Thank you to Andrew and all of the other wonderful staff at Peak Performance for helping me on my journey back! ~ Pamela "Pam" Narsisian May 24, 2019
  2. I was in an accident that caused whiplash and constant pain in my neck and shoulder. This was causing me so much pain at work as a hairdresser, I was having trouble focusing on work through the pain and fatigue. I was referred to Peak Performance by a good friend, and came to see Andrew. Through his instruction and exercises, slowly I regained my strength and now I have little to no pain. Thanks so much! 3. After a car accident, I was having immediate pain in my shoulder as soon as I tried to do anything using it. And it was giving me constant pain at night-limiting my sleep. Andrew started with a plan to allow some time to heal, but keeping my shoulder stretched for future rehab. Besides explaining the exercise techniques, he also explored what the exercise was doing for which parts of my body, which parts were working, and what benefit the exercise was offering. He also shared the plan of how to progress as each exercise was building my strength. This is a second (different) incident that I have come to Peak Performance for and I have been thrilled with their treatment. If I ever need PT in the future, it will be Peak Performance for me. 4. My experience here has been great! Previously, I couldn't throw a ball due to a biking accident. Now I'm able to throw again! Dan D. August 24, 2016
