"I feel like now I am stronger than before I hurt my ankle. Yay!"

Before PT I couldn’t point my toes, run or jump. I wasn’t able to do most of the things I love to do like play soccer, lacrosse, or basketball. And I couldn’t take my dog for walks without pain. I also had to walk down the stairs which took forever.

 

Now I am able to go faster down the stairs, run, jump, and play sports. I feel like now I am stronger than before I hurt my ankle. Yay!
