Getting old is hard! After Andrew great assisted with getting me back on my feet a few years ago following hip surgery, I returned for assistance with my knee. Arthritis and a removed meniscus caused pain that interfered with my normal activities lacrosse officiating. Cortisone shots didn’t help. Andrew’s spot-on assessment and program to strengthen the knee and loosen the hip did wonders to enable full movement and full confidence in myself! I also had the bonus of working with his intern, Margaret, who in the future will elevate to PT Rock Star status like Andrew! The Peak PT folks are knowledgeable, patient and hands-on to ensure the individual feels important and achieves mutually established goals. I have total confidence and admiration for the work Andrew and the rest of the Peak Performance team provide. Thanks for your help! Charles Lamb May 21, 2019

Before I came in I was having trouble walking, going up stairs and playing lacrosse. I tweaked my calf during my first lacrosse game. I was upset because I didn’t want to miss out on my senior lacrosse season. Mike was excellent. He helped me to understand that it was better to take a few games off early than to miss the second half of the season. Mike and Rachele helped me to get my strength and motion back. I was back and better than ever in less than two weeks. Thank you to Mike, Rachele and everyone at Peak Performance for getting me back to my senior season! Margaret “Maggie” Vay April 29, 2019

Peak Performance is the best! I dislocated my right shoulder at basketball practice shooting a half-court shot and I experienced a lot of pain and instability. I loved working with Mike because he always made me laugh and encouraged me to keep moving forward. Because of Peak Performance I can play basketball again and lacrosse with no problems. I highly recommend Mike and Peak Performance! Laura B. March 26, 2018

Before PT I couldn’t point my toes, run or jump. I wasn’t able to do most of the things I love to do like play soccer, lacrosse, or basketball. And I couldn’t take my dog for walks without pain. I also had to walk down the stairs which took forever. Now I am able to go faster down the stairs, run, jump, and play sports. I feel like now I am stronger than before I hurt my ankle. Yay! Ellie M.
