Before PT, I had trouble walking more than a short distance, pulling my foot back to take off my shoe, and also some difficulty with balance.
Now I have only slight trouble on my two-mile walks and no difficulty on the short ones! I don’t have any problem taking off my shoe, and my balance is much better. I have no difficulty at all with normal activities. The strengthening exercises Mike designed for me have helped and I will keep doing them.
Mike and Rachele have been terrific! Very helpful at getting me stronger. And the staff is very friendly. J
